Bikram Unshackled 

We still practice the 26 & 2 series in the heat and humidity but we are lighter with the delivery of our dialogue.  We open out to the structure to increase mobility.  Depth is an irrelevant concept during practice.  Think of a more playful approach.  We don't focus on performance.  You allow the body to do what the body is capable of.  We never force, just allow.  We want to heal so we can enjoy the things we like to do outside of the ashram.  And of course, breathing is the main focus!
