Here are a few helpful hints when purchasing/booking/waitlisting/cancelling
using the MindBody (MB) app or on my website:

Purchase date versus booking date - your expiration date begins on the first date you book a class not the date you purchased the package. For example, if you purchased a 10 class package that expires in 30 days on January 31st BUT didn't book a class until February 21st - your package of classes would expire 30 days from February 21, 2019. There are 6 month packages which expire from the date of purchase.

Can only book forward, not backwards - once you book your first class you can not go back in time to book a class, only forward on the calendar.

It is greatly appreciated if you need to cancel to do so asap. There are waitlists and the next person on the waitlist will be notified. Texting me doesn't mean I will see it right away.

Cancelling 12 hours before the start of class - you will not be charged.

Waitlisting - if you put yourself on a waitlist, make sure you have extra classes on your account so you will not owe.

You have the ability of seeing what number you are on the waitlist when using the MB app.

If you get into the class from being waitlisted and it is 12 hours prior to class you will be notified by the MB app.

If it's within 12 hours before the class, I will add the next person on the waitlist and your account will be charged.

Once added to a class from the waitlist and then if you owe for that class, you can either purchase another package the same day or I will early cancel your last booked class to pay for the owed class. I will text you to see what you prefer to do.

Remove yourself from waitlist if you are no longer available to attend so you are not charged .

If you want to receive text messages just let me know your mobile provider and I will add it to your account. If you are receiving text messages and then all of a sudden you are not, you probably clicked the unsubscribe link when you were reopening.
